2. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Use of this website does not establish a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only after:

  • Completion of intake documentation
  • Review and acceptance by the Provider
  • Mutual agreement to initiate care

3. No Emergency Services

Integrative Healthcare Services does not provide emergency medical services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

4. Telehealth Services

IHS provides services primarily via telehealth in accordance with Iowa and Nebraska law.

Patients must be physically located in Iowa or Nebraska at the time of service.

Telehealth involves limitations including inability to perform full physical examination and potential technical disruptions.

5. Cash-Based Practice

IHS is a self-pay medical practice.

IHS does not bill insurance carriers. Patients are responsible for all fees associated with services, laboratories, and medications.

A superbill may be provided upon request. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

6. Compounded Medications

Certain therapies may involve compounded medications prepared by licensed pharmacies.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Medical outcomes vary. IHS does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IHS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Integrative Healthcare Services and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and applicable Nebraska regulations when care is delivered in Nebraska.

11. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
